I just had an epiphany. We know that if the FairTax manages to get passed a lot of companies would move their headquarters here for the huge tax break. That’s reason enough to support FairTax. But my epiphany is the fact that with more international companies having their HQ in the US-of-A when we enact sanctions on a country none of those companies would be allowed to deal with them. The US would gain an incredible monetary weapon to use against nations not wanting to play our game.
