It’s been almost a week. Let me tell you, I’m much more comfortable here. We’re in the middle of updating infrastructure and I sat in on some meetings. With just a brief overview of the system, I was able to follow almost everything that was said. Even after a year and a half in my old position, I was lost when they started getting in to some of the troubleshooting stuff. So I can do the work, Yay! Plus it’s all day shift. Of course, that means the boys have to have a sitter all day. The daycare they were using had a good deal for after-school hours. Since I was off during the day time, that’s all we needed. The full day rate is outrageous. So we asked Brandy to watch them. She is such a life saver. Her kids are great, too. David’s watched our boys a couple of times so Lisa and I could go out. We met them at BK tonight so they could play more. And let me tell you about the outfit Brandy had on. Oh My God!! I mean, I knew she was pretty. But wow. She’s really fucking hot! And yes, I told her so. I’m not shy. She is absolutely gorgeous.
