I am one of those caught up in the latest IBM “resource action” announced this week. I’m not sure what I’ll do yet. I’m still wrapping my head around it. And the other guys in the web group are stunned. We were already overworked. I can’t say that I shed a single tear though. I don’t know if Delta is a difficult client or if all outsourcing events go the way this one did. From my point of view it was not good.
